  3. During the electronic application you will be required to upload a Location Plan. We suggest gathering these materials in advance and reviewing the file upload requirements below to make the application process as easy as possible. When preparing your application materials to be uploaded as part of your application, please note the following:
    The file size of each document must be less than 15MB
    We can only accept DWG, PDF, BMP, JPEG, DOC, DOCx file types
    Files cannot be password protected
  4. You may be asked to provide further information by a member of our Developer Services Team as your application progresses. You may send this via email.
  5. You will receive a confirmation email within 2 hours of your form submission

We advise and recommend that you obtain the following consents, as this may prevent us from complying with the Notice and providing a requisitioned sewer or lateral drain.
